Quand j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, on parlait de gestion d\u2019inventaire \u00ab\u00a0Just in time\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c0 une \u00e9poque moyennement lointaine, vers la fin du mill\u00e9naire pass\u00e9, il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s en vogue de parler d\u2019approvisionnement en juste \u00e0 temps.<\/p>\n

L\u2019un de mes enseignants nous disait que l\u2019entrep\u00f4t du futur serait compos\u00e9 des bo\u00eetes des camions de livraison et que tout arriverait au moment opportun plut\u00f4t.<\/p>\n

C\u2019\u00e9tait la solution plus efficace que de remplir des entrep\u00f4ts pour esp\u00e9rer les vider ensuite.<\/p>\n

Toutes les avanc\u00e9es technologiques, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des ventes, l\u2019optimisation des r\u00e9seaux devaient permettre de diminuer les frais fixes, les immobilisations, de diminuer la manutention, d\u2019augmenter la liquidit\u00e9 et de simplifier nos op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n

On parlait \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque de \u00ab\u00a0village global\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Une autre paire de manches<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nous sommes maintenant 22 ans, une pand\u00e9mie, une d\u00e9sorganisation totale de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement et un monde du transport sens dessus dessous plus tard \u2026<\/p>\n

Nous n\u2019avons d\u2019autre choix que d\u2019augmenter nos quantit\u00e9s en inventaire et d\u2019essayer de mieux pr\u00e9voir nos besoins pour l\u2019ensemble de la prochaine saison.<\/p>\n

En effet, depuis cette satan\u00e9e pand\u00e9mie, les diff\u00e9rents manufacturiers font tous face \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9fis qui ont pour effet de r\u00e9duire la production.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute une co\u00fbteuse et d\u00e9stabilisante congestion dans les transports, une situation d\u00e9coulant justement directement de la mondialisation des \u00e9changes commerciaux.<\/p>\n

Comme r\u00e9sultat, nous ne pouvons esp\u00e9rer recevoir 100\u00a0% de nos commandes. Rien n\u2019indique que la situation sera normalis\u00e9e en pr\u00e9vision de la prochaine p\u00e9riode de pointe.<\/p>\n

Au sein de nos organisations, nous avons d\u00fb effectuer des choix strat\u00e9giques pour faire face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Tout d\u2019abord, augmenter l\u2019espace d\u2019entreposage disponible, ensuite, accro\u00eetre les quantit\u00e9s et s\u00e9curiser notre approvisionnement.<\/p>\n

Par transparence, il faut avouer que chaque m\u00e9daille a son revers.<\/p>\n

Nous pouvons en effet voir dans la situation actuelle de tr\u00e8s belles opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019effectuer des gains significatifs en valeur, suivant les hausses de prix de vente plus fr\u00e9quentes et plus significatives que par le pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ceci \u00e9tant dit, au cours des 22 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, depuis l\u2019\u00e9cole, les outils technologiques ont grandement chang\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 ce fait, nos r\u00eaves de gestion des inventaires juste \u00e0 temps ne se sont pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Mais avec les tableurs d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, ainsi que par la professionnalisation des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019approvisionnement, nous trouvons de plus en plus de solutions innovantes pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis du futur.<\/p>\n

En prenant un virage technologique et en nous appuyant sur des coll\u00e8gues avec une formation \u00e0 la pointe, nous apportons un regard plus global sur nos d\u00e9cisions en approvisionnement.<\/p>\n

Il est par contre \u00e0 comprendre que l\u2019investissement dans les solutions de logiciels modernes et plus fonctionnels n\u2019est vraiment plus \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger.<\/p>\n

Il y aura toujours des turbulences sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Si ce n\u2019est pas la pand\u00e9mie, ce sera le transport ou l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

L\u2019avenir nous r\u00e9serve toujours une balle courbe.<\/p>\n

Autant les distributeurs que les marchands doivent donc faire preuve de pr\u00e9voyance et oublier l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019ils auront toujours le pneu souhait\u00e9 au moment d\u00e9sir\u00e9, surtout s\u2019ils l\u2019esp\u00e8rent juste \u00e0 temps \u2026<\/p>\n
