Il faut que les gestionnaires s\u2019informent d\u00e8s maintenant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le bon v\u00e9hicule<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les conf\u00e9renciers sont revenus sur l\u2019importance de bien mesurer les besoins \u00e0 combler dans son approche d\u2019acquisition et de remplacement.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, en moyenne, 8\u00a0% des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019un parc sont sous-utilis\u00e9s en temps normal. La pand\u00e9mie aurait multipli\u00e9 par deux ce pourcentage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Avant de penser remplacer des v\u00e9hicules, pourquoi ne pas faire tourner ceux que vous avez, conseille M. Latif. Avec les solutions t\u00e9l\u00e9matiques, il est simple de transf\u00e9rer un v\u00e9hicule dans un autre d\u00e9partement o\u00f9 il sera plus utile.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, le gestionnaire devra \u00e9tablir les sp\u00e9cifications du v\u00e9hicule dont il aura besoin et le commander t\u00f4t pour ne pas se faire prendre de court comme ce pourrait \u00eatre le cas en ce moment.<\/p>\n<p>Et il doit planifier aussi les \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dont il aura besoin, leur prix et les d\u00e9lais de livraison suppl\u00e9mentaires, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<p>Ces experts recommandent aussi d\u2019acheter ou de louer certains v\u00e9hicules commerciaux \u00e0 plus courts termes, en attendant qu\u2019une offre \u00e9lectrique se d\u00e9veloppe.<\/p>\n<p>Car tous s\u2019entendent pour dire que la solution \u00e9lectrique est le plus \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Valeur de revente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sp\u00e9cialiste dans la revente des v\u00e9hicules chez Donlen, Larry Knapp a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019en ce moment, il est possible de revendre un camion \u00e2g\u00e9 de deux ou trois ans, plus cher que son prix d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est un tr\u00e8s bon moment pour faire le m\u00e9nage dans votre parc\u00a0\u00bb, conseille-t-il. Mais il consid\u00e8re quand m\u00eame une certaine prudence, \u00e9valuant qu\u2019il est risqu\u00e9 d\u2019aller sous les 5\u00a0% de sous-utilisation du parc v\u00e9hiculaire.<\/p>\n<p>Il mentionne \u00e9galement que la valeur de revente d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule doit \u00eatre prise en consid\u00e9ration m\u00eame avant son acquisition. Des grilles d\u2019analyse historique de ces valeurs de revente existent aupr\u00e8s de fournisseurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, la fa\u00e7on la plus int\u00e9ressante de se d\u00e9partir des v\u00e9hicules dont on n\u2019a pas besoin est de les offrir aux employ\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s \u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Sachant que \u00e7a se fait rapidement et sans l\u2019apport d\u2019un tiers parti, on peut m\u00eame les offrir un peu sous la valeur marchande.
