{"id":345740,"date":"2021-09-07T10:37:32","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T14:37:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=345740"},"modified":"2021-09-07T10:37:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T14:37:32","slug":"revoir-la-strategie-dapprovisionnement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/parc\/2021\/09\/07\/revoir-la-strategie-dapprovisionnement\/","title":{"rendered":"Revoir la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019approvisionnement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nous sommes entr\u00e9s dans une p\u00e9riode tumultueuse o\u00f9 nous devons revoir nos fa\u00e7ons de planifier nos acquisitions et nos relations avec nos fournisseurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oublions la pand\u00e9mie un moment, elle a le dos large.<\/p>\n<p>La cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement dans tout le secteur automobile a \u00e9t\u00e9 chamboul\u00e9e par cette pand\u00e9mie, certes, mais des \u00e9l\u00e9ments comme un porte-conteneurs bloqu\u00e9 dans un canal ou la raret\u00e9 des semi-conducteurs ont montr\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel point la notion du juste \u00e0 temps doit \u00eatre revue.<\/p>\n<p>Avoir les v\u00e9hicules exactement au moment o\u00f9 nous en avons besoin, avec les \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques et au prix pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel offert aux parcs est une notion bonne pour le bac de recyclage.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Faire des r\u00e9serves<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alors que nous visions constamment \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les inventaires de pi\u00e8ces de remplacement par exemple, voici que nous devons consid\u00e9rer faire des r\u00e9serves.<\/p>\n<p>Les pneus des dimensions souhait\u00e9es ne seront pas n\u00e9cessairement disponibles comme \u00e0 l\u2019habitude et d\u2019en mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 est faire preuve de pr\u00e9voyance.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenir un inventaire plus lourd co\u00fbte cher, mais une rupture de service provoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9 de v\u00e9hicules pour les livrer l\u2019est encore plus.<\/p>\n<p>La situation se pose \u00e9galement pour les \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons tous comment il est important de maintenir des relations transparentes avec nos fournisseurs privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il est peut-\u00eatre temps d\u2019\u00e9largir nos horizons.<\/p>\n<p>Quel est notre plan B advenant que ce fournisseur fiable n\u2019ait pas ce dont nous avons besoin\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Ou encore, que le prix entendu ne peut plus \u00eatre respect\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Voir large<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tous les gestionnaires savent \u00e0 quel point il faut se montrer flexibles et agiles.<\/p>\n<p>Ce seront, selon moi, les mots d\u2019ordre pour le moyen et long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons par exemple les v\u00e9hicules commerciaux dont nous sommes grands consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Ces camionnettes dont les particuliers et les propri\u00e9taires de PME sont tr\u00e8s friands.<\/p>\n<p>Les constructeurs peinant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande n\u2019ont aucun incitatif \u00e0 nous offrir des rabais pour \u00e9couler leurs inventaires.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en concurrence avec des acheteurs pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer le plein prix.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Proposer l\u2019alternative<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En consultation avec nos \u00e9quipes, il faut faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pouvons-nous trouver des v\u00e9hicules en mesure de faire un travail \u00e9quivalent, mais qui seraient dans une cat\u00e9gorie moins convoit\u00e9e\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a demande de la discussion, car la solution se trouve peut-\u00eatre dans un v\u00e9hicule de nature ou de marque diff\u00e9rentes qui n\u2019offre pas les m\u00eames accessoires ou dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devrons n\u00e9gocier ces compromis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9vidence brouillera les cartes dans nos strat\u00e9gies d\u2019uniformisation des v\u00e9hicules du parc qui visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Chose certaine, la fragilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement aura un impact sur nos budgets.<\/p>\n<p>Trouver un v\u00e9hicule de remplacement \u00e9quivalent va co\u00fbter plus cher.<\/p>\n<p>Et si on opte pour conserver un peu plus longtemps un v\u00e9hicule qui \u00e9tait en fin de parcours, il faudra ajuster les frais d\u2019entretien en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y aura pas de solutions faciles d\u2019autant plus que nous sommes constamment expos\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres perturbations impr\u00e9vues d\u2019approvisionnement qui auront un impact sur toute la cha\u00eene.<\/p>\n<p>Mais trouver des solutions \u00e0 des situations difficiles, c\u2019est notre m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous sommes entr\u00e9s dans une p\u00e9riode tumultueuse o\u00f9 nous devons revoir nos fa\u00e7ons de planifier nos acquisitions et nos relations avec nos fournisseurs.
