Une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019adaptation s\u2019installe chez plusieurs d\u2019entre nous. Les taux horaires subissent des hausses et le mat\u00e9riel d\u2019atelier tant \u00e0 \u00eatre en progression \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n

Des frais d\u2019atelier pour nettoyer les v\u00e9hicules, d\u2019utilisation de poste d\u2019oxycoupage, de papier sabl\u00e9, etc. Oui, c\u2019est l\u00e9gal de les r\u00e9clamer s\u2019ils sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation et la facture et que votre client en est avis\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

Cette fa\u00e7on de faire est totalement ill\u00e9gale et il faut retenir que l\u2019Office n\u2019h\u00e9sitera pas, au besoin, \u00e0 poursuivre les commer\u00e7ants qui ne suivront pas les r\u00e8gles de facturation du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019atelier dans le cadre d\u2019une r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OPC consid\u00e8re que les co\u00fbts environnementaux de recyclage font partie des frais d\u2019exploitation de l\u2019entreprise que le commer\u00e7ant a le droit de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs. Pour les r\u00e9parations d\u2019autos, de motos et d\u2019\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers, leur co\u00fbt doit \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9 au tarif horaire.<\/p>\n
