{"id":344747,"date":"2021-08-24T14:32:59","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T18:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=344747"},"modified":"2021-08-24T16:25:11","modified_gmt":"2021-08-24T20:25:11","slug":"vers-un-nouveau-leadership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2021\/08\/24\/vers-un-nouveau-leadership\/","title":{"rendered":"Vers un nouveau leadership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dans le contexte actuel, la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, quels que soient les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s, combin\u00e9e avec le d\u00e9fi en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention du talent actuel dans votre organisation, demande de plus en plus un leadership enr\u00f4lant, motivant et engag\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bassins de talents sont beaucoup moins garnis avec le d\u00e9part des baby-boomers pour la retraite.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sur le march\u00e9 demande une nouvelle approche et d\u00e9sire plus que jamais d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9e avec respect, reconnaissance et surtout de faire partie d\u2019une \u00e9quipe dynamique et gagnante.<\/p>\n<p>Les leaders qui d\u00e9sirent demeurer dans l\u2019ancienne mentalit\u00e9, pratiquant les formes de communications dictatoriales qui ont r\u00e9gn\u00e9 pendant des d\u00e9cennies, s\u2019av\u00e8rent de plus en plus d\u00e9suets.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impact sur la r\u00e9tention des employ\u00e9s devient de plus en plus probl\u00e9matique pour leurs entreprises.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La communication r\u00e9elle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 de la communication des diff\u00e9rents leaders en entreprise a et aura toujours un lien direct avec les r\u00e9sultats ainsi que la rentabilit\u00e9 des organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Il est facile de se rendre compte qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des organisations d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, il existe un facteur destructeur omnipr\u00e9sent\u00a0: une communication d\u00e9ficiente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019administration parle \u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 des gens\u00a0\u00bb et non \u00ab\u00a0AVEC des gens\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019administration dicte ses id\u00e9es \u00e0 son personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit donc de monologues et non pas des dialogues.<\/p>\n<p>Nous constatons de plus en plus de cadres, directeurs ou gestionnaires qui \u00ab\u00a0communiquent\u00a0\u00bb ainsi, cr\u00e9eront assur\u00e9ment une entreprise ainsi que des r\u00e9sultats m\u00e9diocres.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement prouv\u00e9 que lorsque nous dictons nos id\u00e9es aux gens, il devient difficile pour eux de se les approprier, car ces id\u00e9es ne viennent pas d\u2019eux\u2026mais de nous.<\/p>\n<p>Celles-ci leur sont impos\u00e9es\u2026et cela n\u2019est pas gage de succ\u00e8s\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vendons nos id\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si quotidiennement nous \u00ab\u00a0vendons\u00a0\u00bb nos id\u00e9es \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s, ils deviendront par le fait m\u00eame \u00e9motionnellement impliqu\u00e9s et engag\u00e9s envers celles-ci. Ils deviennent copropri\u00e9taires de ces id\u00e9es et ainsi sont davantage motiv\u00e9s et exc\u00e9deront toutes nos attentes.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat\u00a0?
