L&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire couvrait les r\u00e9gions suivantes : Yakoutie &#8211; P\u00f4le du froid &#8211; Kolyma &#8211; Magadan &#8211; Kamchatka &#8211; Tchoukotka.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux v\u00e9hicules utilis\u00e9s \u00e9taient une Toyota Hilux et une Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150.<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature moyenne a \u00e9t\u00e9 de -58\u00baF, la plus basse ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 -80\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux SUV ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement modifi\u00e9s pour la conduite dans des conditions extr\u00eames, avec des roues de 38 pouces, un \u00e9clairage LED, une isolation thermique et un double vitrage.<\/p>\n<p>Des chauffages suppl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s sur les deux moteurs, une couverture thermique sur le dessus et des bo\u00eetes isolantes couvrant les radiateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Des r\u00e9servoirs de carburant surdimensionn\u00e9s permettaient aux v\u00e9hicules de fonctionner sans interruption jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 jours.<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition \u00e9taient \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;amortisseurs KYB con\u00e7us pour un contr\u00f4le et une durabilit\u00e9 maximum dans des conditions tout-terrain extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Les solutions techniques utilis\u00e9es dans les amortisseurs ont permis de stabiliser la temp\u00e9rature interne pendant le fonctionnement, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la probabilit\u00e9 de formation de mousse de fluide et les contraintes internes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KYB a soutenu un d\u00e9fi arctique \u00e9pique au \u00ab\u00a0P\u00f4le du froid\u00a0\u00bb, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re au monde \u00e0 atteindre les \u00eeles recul\u00e9es de Nouvelle-Sib\u00e9rie en automobile.
