{"id":343780,"date":"2021-08-10T13:29:30","date_gmt":"2021-08-10T17:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=343780"},"modified":"2021-09-09T16:36:36","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T20:36:36","slug":"comment-se-porte-le-marche-doccasion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/concessionnaires\/2021\/08\/10\/comment-se-porte-le-marche-doccasion\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment se porte le march\u00e9 d\u2019occasion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Comment se porte le march\u00e9 d\u2019occasion avec Steeve De Marchi\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jk3iGDVSVE4?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/autosphere.ca\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le 3 ao\u00fbt dernier, Steeve De Marchi, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019AMVOQ, a fait le point avec nous sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de son march\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon M.\u00a0De Marchi, le march\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours des derniers mois.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Certaines personnes qui n\u2019\u00e9taient plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par le v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 le regarder\u00a0\u00bb, explique le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Association des marchands de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion du Qu\u00e9bec qui confirme que la situation s\u2019est beaucoup am\u00e9lior\u00e9e au cours des derniers mois.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, plusieurs facteurs contribuent \u00e0 cet int\u00e9r\u00eat que ce soit la r\u00e9duction des inventaires de v\u00e9hicules neufs, la reprise d\u2019acquisition d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me v\u00e9hicule par les familles ou encore une certaine r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 emprunter les transports en commun.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vendus aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il indique que ce march\u00e9 d\u2019offre et de demande est perturb\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentement par certains ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes comme l\u2019exode de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion vers le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain, un mouvement qui semble s\u2019amplifier.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, selon un r\u00e9cent rapport de DesRosiers Automotive consultants, 310\u00a0000 voitures usag\u00e9es canadiennes ont travers\u00e9 la fronti\u00e8re vers les \u00c9tats-Unis en 2020 alors que seulement 9000 ont fait le parcours inverse.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la valeur du dollar canadien, mais les analystes de DesRosiers indiquent que le march\u00e9 est d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9 en ce moment et que la hausse de la valeur de notre dollar pourrait ne pas suffire \u00e0 corriger cet exode tant que la situation dans la voiture neuve ne sera pas normalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Car le secteur de la voiture d\u2019occasion est li\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de la voiture neuve et les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019approvisionnement des concessionnaires ont un impact direct sur les inventaires de voitures usag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une barri\u00e8re tarifaire pourrait \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e par les Am\u00e9ricains, notamment sur les camionnettes fort pris\u00e9es par ses consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Cette taxe \u00e0 l\u2019importation, qui pour ce type de v\u00e9hicule pourrait atteindre 25\u00a0% en frais de douane combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation du dollar canadien, rendraient moins grand le facteur d\u2019attraction et pourrait inverser la tendance.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des prix \u00e0 la hausse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, cette demande combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une certaine raret\u00e9 pousse les prix \u00e0 la hausse.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Des v\u00e9hicules qui se vendaient \u00e0 un certain prix il y a 18 mois ont vu des hausses de 8 \u00e0 15\u00a0% pour certains mod\u00e8les, constate M.\u00a0De Marchi. La raret\u00e9 cr\u00e9e une pression \u00e0 la hausse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les ventes au d\u00e9tail rel\u00e8vent de l\u2019Office de la protection du consommateur qui est \u00e0 revoir certaines pratiques transactionnelles du secteur automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le souligne le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019AMVOQ, cette r\u00e9flexion ne date pas d\u2019hier.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet de loi avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en 2017 et une deuxi\u00e8me version est en pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En consultation avec les acteurs de l\u2019industrie, l\u2019OPC veut voir et encadrer l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il pourrait y avoir abus par certaines personnes, reprend M. De Marchi. Le fait de vouloir r\u00e9gler un probl\u00e8me pourrait en causer un autre dans cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me fragile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ce que l\u2019Office regarde ce sont certains points qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reproch\u00e9s aux marchands et concessionnaires, notamment concernant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative, la dur\u00e9e des pr\u00eats et la garantie obligatoire qu\u2019un marchand doit donner sur un v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion. Ces travaux devraient \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9s au d\u00e9but de 2022. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La mise \u00e0 jour de la Loi de la protection du consommateur pourrait par contre offrir une nouvelle flexibilit\u00e9 aux marchands concernant les transactions en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne dont la popularit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie, le magasinage en ligne pourrait inclure la signature \u00e9lectronique du contrat.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sentement, la conclusion du contrat de vente doit se faire obligatoirement au commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019AMVOQ souhaite que le projet de loi tienne compte du d\u00e9sir de la population de pouvoir conclure la transaction en ligne sans avoir \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une AGA virtuel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le Congr\u00e8s de l\u2019AMVOQ se d\u00e9roule traditionnellement en octobre.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise est de retarder la rencontre en personne pour le congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle se d\u00e9roulera sur une formule virtuelle, comme ce fut le cas l\u2019an dernier, cet automne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On esp\u00e8re pouvoir faire une rencontre fin janvier, d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier, avec nos membres, mais notre position sera toujours de faire preuve de prudence et de suivre les directives de la sant\u00e9 publique\u00a0\u00bb, conclut M.
