Cifelli.<\/p>\n<p>Cet effet domino pousse les distributeurs \u00e0 se questionner sur la notion de la livraison juste \u00e0 temps.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u00e9fi logistique de taille. D\u00e9placer la production vers l\u2019Ouest afin de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance envers les fournisseurs asiatiques est beaucoup plus facile \u00e0 dire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Exp\u00e9rience client<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Questionn\u00e9 au sujet de la vente de pi\u00e8ces directement aux consommateurs, le pr\u00e9sident du Groupe Del Vasto a soulign\u00e9 que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des bricoleurs du dimanche, avec la complexit\u00e9 \u00e0 la hausse des voitures modernes est vou\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019estomper.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je m\u2019inqui\u00e8te beaucoup plus du contr\u00f4le du march\u00e9 par les constructeurs. Ils jouent beaucoup sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et nous devons travailler en ce sens \u00e9galement. Il faut que les entreprises du march\u00e9 secondaire offrent cette exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 sa client\u00e8le, du diagnostic jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9paration.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, les derniers mois ont eu <a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2020\/06\/22\/des-capsules-sur-la-covid-19\/\">l\u2019avantage de populariser les outils de communication et de formation pour les entreprises du secteur<\/a>, ce qui les aidera dans la bonification de l\u2019offre aux consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le Groupe Del Vasto c\u00e9l\u00e8bre son 35<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire cette ann\u00e9e et M.\u00a0Cifelli a mentionn\u00e9 rapidement les raisons de son succ\u00e8s \u00e0 la demande de M.
