{"id":342195,"date":"2021-07-16T16:43:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T20:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=342195"},"modified":"2021-07-22T09:20:53","modified_gmt":"2021-07-22T13:20:53","slug":"refinition-de-pare-chocs-et-adas-par-normand-cormier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2021\/07\/16\/refinition-de-pare-chocs-et-adas-par-normand-cormier\/","title":{"rendered":"Refinition de pare-chocs et ADAS par Normand Cormier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>De plus en plus de v\u00e9hicules sont maintenant \u00e9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite aussi appel\u00e9s ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces syst\u00e8mes sont con\u00e7us pour d\u00e9tecter des objets ou des erreurs de la part du conducteur et de r\u00e9agir pour pr\u00e9venir les accidents.<\/p>\n<p>Le radar est une composante particuli\u00e8rement utile du fait qu\u2019il peut tr\u00e8s bien op\u00e9rer sous toutes les conditions, et ce de jour comme de nuit.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gration des radars sur les v\u00e9hicules est souvent faite en les positionnant derri\u00e8re les couvercles de pare-chocs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/editorial-fr\/2021\/03\/24\/comprendre-les-meandres-du-adas\/\">Les r\u00e9parations des pare-chocs devant les zones ou des capteurs radars sont situ\u00e9s sont interdites, car elles vont grandement alt\u00e9rer la port\u00e9e des capteurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des r\u00e8gles particuli\u00e8res<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour la refinition, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement possible de peindre les couvercles de pare-chocs au-dessus des zones o\u00f9 des capteurs sont situ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, les constructeurs vont accepter une \u00e9paisseur de film d\u2019environ 12 milli\u00e8mes de pouce (mils) sur le pare-chocs. Ce qui veut dire qu\u2019on pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9appliquer de la couche de base et du vernis sur un fini d\u2019origine et \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des limites.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette r\u00e8gle ne s\u2019applique pas \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, les capteurs radars sous le pare-chocs arri\u00e8re d\u2019une Volvo XC90 sont situ\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas de capteurs dans la zone centrale. Il est donc possible de faire des r\u00e9parations dans cette zone.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, si de la couleur doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur tout le pare-chocs quand le moment est venu de le peindre, les c\u00f4t\u00e9s devront \u00eatre ponc\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019appr\u00eat d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo n\u2019autorise qu\u2019une seule application de couche de base sur les zones ou des capteurs sont pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des pastilles \u00e0 surveiller<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>On retrouve \u00e9galement des capteurs d\u2019aide au stationnement.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont l\u2019apparence de petites \u00ab pastilles \u00bb dispos\u00e9es sur le pare-chocs. Encore tr\u00e8s important de consulter les informations du constructeur.<\/p>\n<p>Certains constructeurs vont autoriser la refinition de ces capteurs alors que d\u2019autres vont l\u2019interdire. Par exemple, un capteur usag\u00e9 qu\u2019on voudrait utiliser lors de la r\u00e9paration d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule Audi.<\/p>\n<p>La recommandation est que l\u2019ancien fini soit enlev\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019appr\u00eat d\u2019origine afin de laisser 0.4 mil maximum ! La membrane du capteur ne doit jamais \u00eatre ponc\u00e9e. Si on d\u00e9cide d\u2019utiliser un capteur neuf, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de film maximum ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 5 mils.<\/p>\n<p>Le masquage du capteur est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s important.<\/p>\n<p>Tesla par exemple offre une proc\u00e9dure d\u00e9taill\u00e9e pour prot\u00e9ger de la surpulv\u00e9risation les parties autres que la membrane lors de la refinition.<\/p>\n<p>Les ateliers devront s\u2019\u00e9quiper de jauges d\u2019\u00e9paisseur de film con\u00e7ues pour les surfaces en plastique pour s\u2019assurer de respecter les normes des constructeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs d\u2019entre eux tel GM et Mercedes recommandent le PosiTector 200 de la compagnie DeFelsko.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres mod\u00e8les sont disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer, les capteurs utilis\u00e9s pour l\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite permettent d\u2019\u00e9viter les accidents, mais si nous ne sommes pas vigilants lors de la refinition d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule, il est possible que nous soyons tenus directement responsables de dommages et blessures si le v\u00e9hicule est impliqu\u00e9 dans une nouvelle collision.
