{"id":342085,"date":"2021-07-15T12:28:20","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T16:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=342085"},"modified":"2021-07-15T12:28:20","modified_gmt":"2021-07-15T16:28:20","slug":"recrutement-international-par-danielle-lechasseur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2021\/07\/15\/recrutement-international-par-danielle-lechasseur\/","title":{"rendered":"Recrutement international par Danielle LeChasseur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le CSMO-Auto offrira \u00e0 l\u2019automne un webinaire d\u2019une heure et demie en collaboration avec le MIFI et le minist\u00e8re du Travail concernant le recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et l\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La date n\u2019est pas encore arr\u00eat\u00e9e, mais le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csmo-auto.com\">CSMO-Auto<\/a> offrira d\u2019ici le d\u00e9but octobre 2021 aux petites entreprises de l\u2019industrie, une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information en ligne sur le recrutement international.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement virtuel sera organis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mifi.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/ministere\/index.html\">minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Immigration, de la francisation et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration du Qu\u00e9bec (MIFI)<\/a> ainsi que le minist\u00e8re du Travail.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/03\/23\/csmo-auto-offre-son-soutien\/\">Alors que la pand\u00e9mie s\u2019essouffle<\/a>, les affaires reprennent dans l\u2019ensemble de notre \u00e9conomie, notamment dans le secteur automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019automne, si la situation sanitaire le permet, les travailleurs utiliseront davantage leur v\u00e9hicule pour leurs d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n<p>Cela aura pour effet d\u2019augmenter le nombre moyen de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus sur nos routes.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, incidemment, la demande pour les services d\u2019entretien automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutons \u00e0 cela, la reprise des ventes de v\u00e9hicules et nous aurons un secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 dynamique en grande demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Force est de constater que nous retrouvons la situation du march\u00e9 du travail presque au m\u00eame niveau o\u00f9 nous l\u2019avions laiss\u00e9e au printemps 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Cette situation remet donc le recrutement international \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.<\/p>\n<p>Mise sur pause pour des raisons \u00e9videntes depuis plus d\u2019un an, <a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2020\/04\/13\/csmo-auto-la-pour-vous-aider\/\">cette approche peut faire partie des solutions<\/a> pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>D\u00e9mystifier le recrutement international <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpmt.gouv.qc.ca\">Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail (CPMT)<\/a> a demand\u00e9 aux CSMO d\u2019organiser en collaboration avec le MIFI des rencontres et des activit\u00e9s d\u2019information pour les entreprises de leur secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants auront donc un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 l\u2019information sur les diff\u00e9rents aspects du recrutement international.<\/p>\n<p>Ils pourront aussi mieux comprendre les enjeux et les obligations de cette d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire d\u2019information abordera aussi l\u2019accueil et l\u2019accompagnement de cette nouvelle main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, se terminera par une p\u00e9riode de questions par clavardage.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>S\u00e9ance gratuite<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Cette s\u00e9ance d\u2019information en ligne est gratuite.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es devront s\u2019inscrire sur la plateforme du CSMO-Auto.<\/p>\n<p>Une invitation officielle sera envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau prochainement.<\/p>\n<p>Nous souhaitons en tant qu\u2019organisme au service de l\u2019industrie automobile, aider les petites entreprises aux prises avec le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de raret\u00e9 de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi que de leur donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information afin de faciliter leur compr\u00e9hension des diff\u00e9rents rouages du recrutement international.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le CSMO-Auto offrira \u00e0 l\u2019automne un webinaire d\u2019une heure et demie en collaboration avec le MIFI et le minist\u00e8re du Travail concernant le recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et l\u2019int\u00e9gration.
