Dans notre industrie, ils sont utiles pour communiquer avec nos clients en temps r\u00e9el, pour partager des liens, des documents, ou encore des vid\u00e9os.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un incontournable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle mentionne qu\u2019ils sont devenus un incontournable pour se faire conna\u00eetre aupr\u00e8s du public.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Par exemple, partager depuis son site fait que l\u2019on obtient une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des internautes. Une page Facebook c\u2019est comme ouvrir un autre service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, il faut s\u2019en occuper. \u00c7a prend une personne dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui va y veiller. Les gens veulent des r\u00e9ponses rapides quand ils interagissent avec une entreprise sur ces plateformes. Il faut faire vite et avoir la bonne approche pour r\u00e9pondre. Et surtout, on ne met pas n\u2019importe quoi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uniformiser le message<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chez Point S on pr\u00f4ne plut\u00f4t l\u2019approche centralis\u00e9e. Mais je fais bien attention de ne pas mettre uniquement de la publicit\u00e9.
