Son lancement est pr\u00e9vu pour la mi-2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solterra, le tout nouveau VUS Subaru enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique du segment C, sera le premier v\u00e9hicule Subaru construit sur la e-plateforme globale Subaru r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (V\u00c9B).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Solterra<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e conjointement par Subaru et Toyota, la e-plateforme globale Subaru autorisera la construction de divers types de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, car elle permet de combiner les multiples modules et composants \u00e0 l\u2019avant, au centre et \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Bien que les deux constructeurs aient conjugu\u00e9 leurs connaissances pour cr\u00e9er une plateforme totalement nouvelle, Subaru a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 bonifier la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 passive et la stabilit\u00e9, ces objectifs faisant toujours partie du carnet de charge de Subaru, y compris celui de la plateforme r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux VEB.<\/p>\n<p>La collaboration entre Subaru et Toyota ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la plateforme, puisque le VUS Solterra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aussi de cette collaboration, y compris pour la planification du produit, le design et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des performances. Les deux constructeurs ont en effet combin\u00e9 leurs forces respectives, comme la longue exp\u00e9rience de Subaru au chapitre de la traction int\u00e9grale et l\u2019exceptionnelle technologie de Toyota en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9lectrification, afin de cr\u00e9er un nouveau VUS b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019atouts que seul un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique peut offrir.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9signation Solterra provient de la contraction des mots \u00ab Sol \u00bb et \u00ab Terra \u00bb, soit \u00ab soleil \u00bb et \u00ab terre \u00bb en latin. Subaru a ainsi baptis\u00e9 son mod\u00e8le \u00e9lectrique en hommage \u00e0 m\u00e8re Nature et pour mieux promouvoir notre coexistence avec la nature.
