Johanne Lamanque, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Groupement des assureurs automobiles (GAA) annon\u00e7ait, le 21 avril, la nomination de Maurice Lefran\u00e7ois au poste de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il remplacera Michel Lad\u00e9route, qui prendra sa retraite en juillet 2021.<\/p>\n

Maurice Lefran\u00e7ois est arriv\u00e9 au GAA en 2018 comme directeur de l\u2019estimation des dommages et des plans d\u2019assurance.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Gestionnaire engag\u00e9 et visionnaire, son implication a permis au GAA de renforcer ses liens avec le domaine de la r\u00e9paration et de moderniser le programme de formation en estimation. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement la responsabilit\u00e9 de toutes les activit\u00e9s et projets li\u00e9s au Fichier central des sinistres automobiles, au Plan de r\u00e9partition des risques et au Constat amiable, des activit\u00e9s centrales pour l\u2019organisation \u00bb, souligne le communiqu\u00e9 \u00e9mis \u00e0 cette occasion.<\/p>\n

Actif dans l\u2019industrie depuis pr\u00e8s de vingt ans, M. Lefran\u00e7ois s\u2019est impliqu\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019organismes comme le Bureau d\u2019assurance du Canada et la Corporation des assureurs directs de dommages du Qu\u00e9bec (CADD).<\/p>\n

Depuis 2019, il coordonne le comit\u00e9 sur les normes et pratiques en assurance automobile, qui chapeaute plusieurs comit\u00e9s permanents du GAA. Autant d\u2019exp\u00e9riences qui, selon le GAA, lui permettent d\u2019avoir une tr\u00e8s bonne compr\u00e9hension des enjeux de notre industrie.\u00a0Il entrera en fonction le 3 mai 2021.<\/p>\n

Retraite de Michel Lad\u00e9route<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Apr\u00e8s trente-six ann\u00e9es de service au GAA, Michel Lad\u00e9route, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint, prendra sa retraite au mois de juillet prochain.<\/p>\n

Arriv\u00e9 en 1984 comme programmeur-analyste, M. Lad\u00e9route fait partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction du GAA depuis plus de 20 ans et agit \u00e0 titre de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint depuis 2015.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Outre son engagement et sa rigueur dans tous les projets majeurs qu\u2019il a men\u00e9s, M. Lad\u00e9route est connu pour son humanit\u00e9, sa camaraderie et son esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Homme de valeurs, il a incarn\u00e9 celles du GAA au cours d\u2019une carri\u00e8re pleine de succ\u00e8s \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise la communication.<\/p>\n
