{"id":332339,"date":"2021-03-24T12:16:58","date_gmt":"2021-03-24T16:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=332339"},"modified":"2021-03-24T15:29:28","modified_gmt":"2021-03-24T19:29:28","slug":"comprendre-les-meandres-du-adas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/carrosserie-editorial\/2021\/03\/24\/comprendre-les-meandres-du-adas\/","title":{"rendered":"Comprendre les m\u00e9andres du ADAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lors d\u2019une capsule de formation technique organis\u00e9e par le CCIF le 17 mars, deux experts ont parl\u00e9 de la complexit\u00e9 de r\u00e9parer des voitures dot\u00e9es de syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de ce webinaire technique, David Friars, directeur des op\u00e9rations pour CSN Drive auto Collision, et Nick Dominato vice-pr\u00e9sident principal de asTech ont trac\u00e9 trois sc\u00e9narios de r\u00e9paration sur autant de v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rendre l\u2019explication encore plus int\u00e9ressante, les explications ont eu lieu dans l\u2019atelier de M. Friars, avec les v\u00e9hicules accident\u00e9s en question.<\/p>\n<p>Une simple fissure \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re d\u2019un Honda Ridgeline 2019 a demand\u00e9 le remplacement du couvert de pare-chocs. M\u00eame si l\u2019analyseur indiquait que les capteurs \u00e9taient en bonne condition, un coup d\u2019\u0153il au bulletin technique de Honda a fait r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe du carrossier qu\u2019une calibration du capteur d\u2019angle mort devait \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Constater la n\u00e9cessiter d\u2019effectuer ce processus ajoute du temps \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, a soulign\u00e9 M. Dominato. Avant de confier la calibration au concessionnaire, l\u2019atelier doit se demander s\u2019il n\u2019est pas en mesure de le faire lui-m\u00eame. \u00c7a sauve des co\u00fbts et du temps. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La vision \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un cas plus complexe s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 avec une Toyota Sienna 2020, muni d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de couverture \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Tout n\u2019est pas dans l\u2019analyseur, reprenait M. Dominato. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me complexe et dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, la collision avant \u00e9tait importante et il a fallu remplacer la grille avant et le couvert de pare-chocs, entre autres. Des capteurs et des cam\u00e9ras ont d\u00fb \u00eatre retir\u00e9s pour effectuer la r\u00e9paration. Il existe un processus permettant de s\u2019assurer qu\u2019ils sont au bon endroit avant m\u00eame de parler de calibration. Ici encore, il faut suivre attentivement le bulletin technique. Il faut d\u2019ailleurs consulter les versions les plus r\u00e9centes, car les processus des constructeurs pour effectuer les r\u00e9parations changent constamment. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les deux experts ont mentionn\u00e9 que dans certains cas o\u00f9 la voiture, apr\u00e8s la collision, est encore carrossable, certains syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s. Si l\u2019impact a d\u00e9plac\u00e9 un capteur, le syst\u00e8me ADAS travaillera avec la mauvaise information et pourrait mettre l\u2019automobiliste en danger.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Douter de l\u2019analyseur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Encore fois, l\u2019analyseur n\u2019avait identifi\u00e9 aucun syst\u00e8me avanc\u00e9 d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite sur un Infiniti Q60 mod\u00e8le 2016. Pourtant, sur ce v\u00e9hicule dont seulement la porti\u00e8re avait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement endommag\u00e9e, un ensemble de cam\u00e9ras offre une vision \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s de l\u2019environnement du conducteur.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9paration de la porte n\u00e9cessitait une calibration d\u2019une cam\u00e9ra situ\u00e9e dans le montant du r\u00e9troviseur. La calibration d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans le bulletin technique a pu \u00eatre men\u00e9e en atelier, avec un minimum de mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Prenez le temps d\u2019analyser attentivement le bulletin technique applicable au v\u00e9hicule que vous avez entre les mains, soulignait David Friars.
