Cette probl\u00e9matique s\u2019accentue lors de retards dans la livraison de pi\u00e8ces ou lorsque des probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques additionnels viennent justifier du temps additionnel non pr\u00e9vu initialement, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Entretenir un v\u00e9hicule en l\u2019absence du client pr\u00e9sente son lot d\u2019avantages : moins de stress pour nos \u00e9quipes si un probl\u00e8me survient, plus de libert\u00e9 d\u2019action dans la gestion des rendez-vous et des horaires, favorise les v\u00e9rifications pr\u00e9ventives sur les v\u00e9hicules confi\u00e9s. Il en r\u00e9sulte ainsi une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de nos services et une plus grande satisfaction de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-Covid-19, nous allons encourager notre client\u00e8le \u00e0 nous laisser leur v\u00e9hicule.
