{"id":331231,"date":"2021-09-01T08:00:26","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T12:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=331231"},"modified":"2021-09-01T12:24:20","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T16:24:20","slug":"soghu-les-cinq-bacs-incontournables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2021\/09\/01\/soghu-les-cinq-bacs-incontournables\/","title":{"rendered":"SOGHU : Les cinq bacs incontournables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SOGHU -  Le processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iy9wXvKCBjM?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/autosphere.ca\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les ateliers de m\u00e9canique doivent utiliser les cinq bacs n\u00e9cessaires pour la bonne collecte des mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles recyclables r\u00e9sultant de leurs op\u00e9rations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les huiles usag\u00e9es et leurs filtres, le glycol (liquide de refroidissement), les contenants de plastique de type HDPE et les contenants d\u2019a\u00e9rosols peuvent tous \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s et valoris\u00e9s s\u2019ils sont d\u00e9- pos\u00e9s dans des bacs distincts.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les garagistes qui font office de centres de d\u00e9p\u00f4t pour ces produits au Qu\u00e9bec sont sensibles aux efforts n\u00e9cessaires pour prot\u00e9ger notre environnement \u00bb, explique Jean Duchesneau, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion des huiles usag\u00e9es (SOGHU).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il arrive encore \u00e0 l\u2019occasion qu\u2019on retrouve des produits m\u00e9lang\u00e9s dans un m\u00eame bac. Il faut faire preuve de rigueur, car la contamination nuit grandement \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de valorisation des produits. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il donne l\u2019exemple du glycol qui est parfois pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019huile et qui en rend la valorisation plus complexe. \u00ab C\u2019est le m\u00eame principe pour les a\u00e9rosols qu\u2019il ne faut pas mettre avec les filtres, car ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9pressuris\u00e9s avant d\u2019\u00eatre compress\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Demandez vos bacs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme le rappelle M. Duchesneau, les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs qui passent ramasser les liquides, filtres et contenants peuvent offrir aux ateliers les bacs n\u00e9cessaires pour bien s\u00e9parer tous ces produits, et ce, gratuitement. Les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs le savent, il ne s\u2019agit que de leur demander.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, entre 80 et 85 % des produits huileux sont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s et valoris\u00e9s. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, il se r\u00e9cup\u00e8re en ce moment environ 63 millions de litres d\u2019huile usag\u00e9e au Qu\u00e9bec annuellement, un v\u00e9ritable tour de force r\u00e9ussi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration des ateliers.<\/p>\n<p>De ces volumes impressionnants, les trois quarts seront valoris\u00e9s de telle fa\u00e7on qu\u2019ils pourront constituer une huile de base pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de nouveaux lubrifiants.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration fait partie des bonnes pratiques, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019elle est r\u00e9glement\u00e9e depuis une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Il reste toutefois du chemin \u00e0 faire pour les antigels et les a\u00e9rosols, plus r\u00e9cemment ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la liste des produits recyclables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Dans le secteur des services automobiles, les garagistes ont bien com- pris l\u2019importance de projeter une image positive face \u00e0 une client\u00e8le de plus en plus sensible aux questions environnementales, souligne M. Duchesneau.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Poser le geste pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de ces mati\u00e8res potentiellement contaminantes fait partie de leurs bonnes pratiques. Il faut toutefois qu\u2019ils restent tr\u00e8s rigoureux. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des volumes stables<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Puisque la pand\u00e9mie a r\u00e9duit le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus en moyenne par les automobilistes qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois, les volumes de produits r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des ateliers, bien que stables, ont diminu\u00e9 d\u2019environ 15 %.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l\u2019explique le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SOGHU, si les voitures sont rest\u00e9es \u00e0 la maison, les camions de livraison ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9s, ce qui a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 les besoins d\u2019entretien.<\/p>\n<p>Soulignons aussi que les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs qui font la tourn\u00e9e des ateliers suivent un protocole sanitaire tr\u00e8s strict pour \u00e9viter la propagation du virus. \u00c7a aussi, \u00e7a fait maintenant partie des bonnes pratiques.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Contenu commandit\u00e9 par SOGHU<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les ateliers de m\u00e9canique doivent utiliser les cinq bacs n\u00e9cessaires pour la bonne collecte des mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles recyclables r\u00e9sultant de leurs op\u00e9rations.
