La division Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, une marque du groupe Volkswagen, fait progresser de mani\u00e8re constante et rapide le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de la conduite autonome.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab Avec la confirmation du conseil de surveillance du groupe Volkswagen pour notre programme de R&D sur la conduite autonome jusqu’\u00e0, nous fixons le cap pour l’avenir de la mobilit\u00e9. La conduite \u00e9lectrique autonome apportera une contribution importante \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Nos v\u00e9hicules sont le premier choix logique pour appliquer de tels syst\u00e8mes \u00bb, explique Carsten Intra, PDG de Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union du conseil de surveillance du groupe Volkswagen le vendredi 26 f\u00e9vrier 2021.<\/p>\n

L’introduction pr\u00e9vue de syst\u00e8mes autonomes pour la circulation en 2025 est actuellement en pr\u00e9paration chez Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Christian Senger, responsable de la conduite autonome : \u00ab Cette ann\u00e9e, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, nous menons des essais sur le terrain en Allemagne, dans lesquels le syst\u00e8me de conduite autonome d’Argo AI sera utilis\u00e9 dans une version de la future carte d’identit\u00e9. BUZZ de Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L’objectif est de d\u00e9velopper un concept d’autopilotage et de pooling<\/em> similaire \u00e0 ce que MOIA propose aujourd’hui. Au milieu de cette d\u00e9cennie, nos clients auront alors la possibilit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre conduits \u00e0 leur destination dans des villes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es avec des v\u00e9hicules autonomes. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de leur coop\u00e9ration, Ford Motor Company et Volkswagen ont investi \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales dans Argo AI, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les platesformes logicielles pour la conduite autonome. L’objectif : le d\u00e9veloppement et l’utilisation coh\u00e9rents et rapides de syst\u00e8mes autonomes.<\/p>\n

Outre l’investissement initial d’un milliard de dollars am\u00e9ricains, le groupe Volkswagen a \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 sa filiale AID (Autonomous Intelligent Driving) dans Argo AI. Avec le budget de la conduite autonome r\u00e9cemment confirm\u00e9 par le Conseil de surveillance du groupe Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles franchit une nouvelle \u00e9tape importante vers l’avenir de la mobilit\u00e9 autonome.<\/p>\n

La marque de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires est responsable du d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes totalement autonomes et de leur utilisation commerciale dans les zones urbaines. La marque pr\u00e9voit de d\u00e9velopper et de construire des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 usage sp\u00e9cial (SPV), tels que des robots-taxis et des fourgonnettes.<\/p>\n

En plus des investissements dans Argo AI, le groupe Volkswagen investit \u00e9galement des milliards d’euros dans des projets de sa propre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logiciels, la Car.Software Organisation. Car.Software Organisation d\u00e9veloppe, en parall\u00e8le et ind\u00e9pendamment d’Argo AI, des fonctions de conduite assist\u00e9e et automatis\u00e9e jusqu’au niveau 4 pour le secteur de la mobilit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e de toutes les marques du groupe Volkswagen.<\/p>\n

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles pr\u00e9voit de d\u00e9velopper les v\u00e9hicules dans lesquels sera utilis\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me Argo dit d’auto-conduite (SDS). Ils sont bas\u00e9s sur le syst\u00e8me d’identification enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique BUZZ, qui devrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re mondiale l’ann\u00e9e prochaine. Les d\u00e9veloppements tournent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime, non seulement pour \u00e9lectrifier l’embl\u00e9matique Bulli, mais aussi pour le transformer en un v\u00e9hicule autonome r\u00e9volutionnaire avec SDS.<\/p>\n
