{"id":196540,"date":"2021-03-01T16:51:29","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T21:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=196540"},"modified":"2021-03-01T16:51:29","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T21:51:29","slug":"des-manuels-de-formation-en-phase-avec-levolution-technologique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2021\/03\/01\/des-manuels-de-formation-en-phase-avec-levolution-technologique\/","title":{"rendered":"Des manuels de formation en phase avec l\u2019\u00e9volution technologique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Des manuels de formation mis \u00e0 jour, refl\u00e9tant l\u2019ensemble des comp\u00e9tences attendues du m\u00e9tier ainsi que les derni\u00e8res technologies automobiles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au soutien d\u2019une subvention du programme PACME, depuis le d\u00e9but juillet 2020, le CPCPA mobilise ses ressources et celles de ses partenaires en vue d\u2019effectuer la mise \u00e0 jour de nombreux manuels de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs pourront ainsi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de contenus adapt\u00e9s aux technologies d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui dans le secteur de l\u2019industrie\u00a0des services automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, plusieurs collaborateurs et formateurs ont mis la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. On compte plus d\u2019une vingtaine de r\u00e9dacteurs en provenance de l\u2019EMEMM et du CFP du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean qui\u00a0se sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s la t\u00e2che de mises \u00e0 jour de plus de 26 manuels de formation, tant des secteurs de la m\u00e9canique automobile, m\u00e9canique de v\u00e9hicu le lourd, m\u00e9canique de remorque, carrosserie et peinture.<\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs seront plus que jamais outill\u00e9s pour se perfectionner et mettre leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau conseiller en formation au CPCPA, Philippe Bussi\u00e8res, assurera le suivi de la qualit\u00e9 de ces formations et innovera avec de nouvelles formules d\u2019apprentissage de formations de pointe.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous annoncerons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la sortie des mises \u00e0 jour de ces\u00a0nouveaux manuels.
