Il faut dire que Simon, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en carrosserie et par la suite form\u00e9 en peinture et en estimation, a toujours travaill\u00e9 au sein de cet atelier de carrosserie.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil des ans, il a gravi les \u00e9chelons et acc\u00e8de maintenant au poste de pr\u00e9sident, en plus du poste de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qu\u2019il occupait d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atelier ind\u00e9pendant \u00e0 l\u2019origine avait port\u00e9 la banni\u00e8re AutoPro avant de s\u2019associer \u00e0 la banni\u00e8re CarrXpert, avec la collaboration des concessionnaires de Baie-Comeau, propri\u00e9taires de 49\u00a0% des parts de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Un gel successoral a permis au jeune entrepreneur d\u2019absorber l\u2019achat des parts de ses parents graduellement, au rythme des profits des op\u00e9rations de la carrosserie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Mes parents se sont montr\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9reux et voulaient vraiment que je puisse prendre la rel\u00e8ve, \u00bb explique Simon D\u2019Auteuil, lors d\u2019une entrevue t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec <em>Autosphere.ca<\/em>. \u00ab \u00c9videmment, ils sont encore pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019occasion dans l\u2019atelier et m\u2019accompagnent dans cette transition. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atelier compte 23 employ\u00e9s et d\u00e9tient plusieurs certifications de constructeurs, une r\u00e9ussite appuy\u00e9e par la collaboration des concessionnaires de la r\u00e9gion. Selon Simon D\u2019Auteuil, le fait d\u2019accumuler ces certifications est un plus dans la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019atelier aux yeux de la client\u00e8le, mais aussi des assureurs.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019une entreprise bien \u00e9tablie, Simon voit l\u2019avenir avec optimisme m\u00eame si les effets de la pand\u00e9mie se sont fait sentir dans sa r\u00e9gion.
