Charles Boivin, directeur des ventes de CSN pour le Qu\u00e9bec, s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 un atout pr\u00e9cieux pour CSN et ses futurs ateliers du r\u00e9seau au Qu\u00e9bec pendant son court passage au sein de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je suis ravi que CSN Martin soit le premier atelier qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois \u00e0 rejoindre le r\u00e9seau, les gars qui y travaillent sont de vrais professionnels, ils font un travail de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est une entreprise familiale. Ils s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent parfaitement au r\u00e9seau CSN \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Boivin.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9 en 1952, CSN Martin \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine un garage qui se consacrait principalement \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration m\u00e9canique, \u00e0 la carrosserie et \u00e0 la vente de v\u00e9hicules. Appartenant \u00e0 Andr\u00e9 Martin et \u00e0 ses deux fils, Andr\u00e9-Philippe et Fran\u00e7ois (l&rsquo;entreprise s&rsquo;appelait auparavant Garage Martin et Fils), ils sont connus dans toute la communaut\u00e9 pour leur approche familiale ax\u00e9e sur le client.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes tr\u00e8s fiers de notre travail, car c&rsquo;est notre passion. Il est rare que les clients viennent dans une entreprise et parlent directement au propri\u00e9taire, mais que ce soit moi, Fran\u00e7ois ou Andr\u00e9-Philippe, le client s&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 un Martin, et notre nom est notre r\u00e9putation \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 Martin, propri\u00e9taire de CSN Martin.<\/p>\n<p>Le passage d&rsquo;un garage m\u00e9canique qui effectue quelques travaux de carrosserie \u00e0 une entreprise de carrosserie compl\u00e8te n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas intentionnel. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion unique d&rsquo;exploiter une entreprise de carrosserie qui exige une compr\u00e9hension des voitures, des moteurs, de la technologie, du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre un entrepreneur qui a uni le trio dans l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n<p>Leur formation est ax\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;administration et le dessin industriel, mais l&rsquo;intersection des comp\u00e9tences requises pour \u00eatre un propri\u00e9taire-exploitant exceptionnel dans l&rsquo;industrie de la carrosserie \u00e9tait le moyen id\u00e9al pour les Martins de rester ensemble en tant qu&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. \u00ab Cette industrie propose de nombreux d\u00e9fis, car elle est en constante \u00e9volution et si vous voulez r\u00e9ussir en tant qu&rsquo;entreprise et en tant que dirigeant, vous devez g\u00e9rer les co\u00fbts et les exigences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9parer les v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00bb, soutient Andr\u00e9-Philippe.<\/p>\n<p>Les Martins savaient que pour suivre le paysage changeant de l&rsquo;industrie de la r\u00e9paration de carrosserie, ils devraient prendre une d\u00e9cision quant \u00e0 savoir s&rsquo;ils devaient rester ind\u00e9pendants ou rejoindre un r\u00e9seau de banni\u00e8res.
