Unitool dessert le march\u00e9 local depuis 1970 et offre plus de 4000 produits dans sa gamme de produits.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je pense que cette acquisition sera gagnant-gagnant pour nos clients et pour ceux de Unitool, car tout le monde aura acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un plus large \u00e9ventail de pi\u00e8ces et d\u2019accessoires automobiles. L\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019entreprise se fera progressivement au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 afin de continuer \u00e0 offrir le meilleur service \u00e0 tous nos clients. D\u2019ailleurs, je suis heureux d\u2019accueillir Monsieur Jay Tutunjian, pr\u00e9sident de Unitool, dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Transit \u00e0 partir du 1er mars. Avoir Jay \u00e0 bord avec nous assurera sans doute une transition en douceur \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 St\u00e9phan Guay, pr\u00e9sident de Transit.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acquisition de Unitool s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019expansion que Transit a entam\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, avec des travaux d\u2019agrandissement qui ont vu leur centre de distribution principal \u00e0 L\u00e9vis tripler de superficie.
