Israel Kaufman will join Element as EVP and Treasurer.

Element Fleet Management has announced the appointment of Israel Kaufman as Executive Vice President and Treasurer, effective December 3, 2019.

Kaufman comes to Element with more than two decades of experience in treasury at financial services companies, overseeing funding, liquidity, interest-rate risk, and banking relationships.
