NAFA’s Testing Processes are Going Online

NAFA’s CAFM and CAFS testing processes will be available online this fall.

NAFA Fleet Management Association announced that the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist (CAFS) testing processes would be available to complete online this fall. This decision was prompted by the feedback of current NAFA members.

According to a report released by Monster.com in 2018, CAFM holders earn 27% more than those without a certification. So, while presenting the same testing content, students can now take the test on their company or personal computer whenever they want, removing the hassle of scheduling exams and seating at test centres, while simultaneously reducing costs of taking the exam. Following that, member pricing will be set at $50 per computer-based test.

To take the test, the student should be in a private space with minimal noise and would require access to the internet, a computer with any modern browser, and a working webcam with a microphone.

The remaining computer-based testing (CBT) exams through NAFA’s previous provider, PSI and Comira, cannot be scheduled beyond August 10, 2019.

Any questions should be directed to Mallory Wymer, Education Assistant, at [email protected].
