The 100 Best Fleets in The Americas announced that The Green Fleet Awards contest is now open for nominations.

Governmental and commercial fleets in North America are encouraged to enter the 2019 Green Fleet Awards contest for free. The fleets will be able to demonstrate their abilities and inventory through the contest and see where they stand amongst the best-of-the-best fleets in the Americas.  Deadline to apply will be July 2^nd, 2019.

All entries will be rated on the content of their application. The evaluation standards are divided into several key categories:

1. Fleet composition;
2. Fuel & Emissions;
3. Policy & Planning;
4. Fleet Utilization;
5. Education;
6. Executive & Employee Involvement; and
7. Supporting Programs.

The results will be announced at a special pre-conference for the Sustainable Fleet Technology Conference on August 6^thin Durham, NC, where attendees will have the opportunity to hear about the best practices from this year’s Top 50 winners of the Green Fleet Awards. The Top 50 winners will also be published in the NAFA publication “FLEETSolutions.”
