With more than 620 in attendance, Action Car and Truck Accessories’ 2019 Expo was bigger and better than ever before.

“It’s a trade show, but it’s also a training opportunity for our staff,” said Mark Boutilier, Director of Business & Fleet Development, Action Car and Truck Accessories. “We bring in our entire staff of 280, we hold a full training session on Saturday, an awards ceremony on Saturday night, and a trade show as well as training with suppliers on Sunday.”

Now over a decade old, the event began as a training session for Action’s management, but soon grew into training for all staff. “And two years ago, we opened it up to our customers, as well,” Boutilier added.

This year, a total of 76 suppliers attended the event, which took place in February, along with over 100 vendors, numerous wholesale and fleet customers, as well as Action staff. “It’s the biggest event we’ve ever had,” Boutilier notes.
