New security feature is customized to fit Ford’s F-Series supercrew trucks.

Tuffy Security Products has introduced a high security lockbox created to fit under the rear bench seat of 2015 to 2018 Ford F-Series SuperCrew pickup trucks.

Crafted to be hidden under the seats, it’s made of 16-gauge steel and was designed to fit  under just two of the rear seats, thereby leaving one of the rear seats free to be lifted so taller items can be transported when needed.

“Customers asked us to create a smaller underseat lockbox for several different models. At Tuffy, we recognize that pickup products are not one-size-fits-all, so we created the Model 344 specifically for the Ford F-Series SuperCrew pickups,” said Chip Olson, marketing director for Tuffy Security Products. “The Model 344 joins the Model 340 which was designed to fit 2007 to 2018 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra crew cab trucks, and we’re currently developing a model for Toyota trucks as well.”
