Fleet professionals from the Greater Toronto Area experience the latest GM cars, trucks and SUVs.
GM’s cross-Canada Solutions Summit fleet tour, which started in Montreal on June 12, made a stop in Toronto on June 19, with further visits planned in Edmonton (June 26) and Calgary (June 28).
The program focused on four key areas of concern to fleet professionals today—driver productivity, safety and security, comfort and convenience, and managing a fleet more efficiently, while pointing forward to a future with zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion.
GM introduced a number of fleet exclusive vehicles, including the 2019 Equinox (2FL), which will be available with a long list of standard safety features. Naturally, the 2019 Sierra and Silverado models were in the spotlight, with many of GM’s guests taking the opportunity to take a closer look at the new trucks, as well as the new technologies that will improve safety and boost efficiencies for fleets of all sizes.
