Shell explains how fuels are formulated.

To demonstrate that not all gasolines are created equal, Sarina Arnold, a Fuels Scientist from Shell’s Technology Centre in Houston, Texas explained on a NAFA Western Canada Webinar, held on September 27th, how Shell V-Power fuels are formulated through research, innovative laboratory experiments and additive packages to create high-quality gasoline that is beneficial to today’s engines.

Shell V-Power, formerly known as Shell V-Power Nitro+, is the brand name given to Shell’s fuels for road motor vehicles.

“A lot of our knowledge is gained through our innovation partnership with Ferrari,” said Sarina Arnold, a Fuels Scientist from Shell’s Technology Centre in Houston, Texas. “Shell V-Power premium gasoline with its unique additive package provides unbeatable protection against carbon build-up and superior protection against wear.
