Volvo Increased Protection will be launched in partnership with LGM Financial Services.

Volvo Car Canada has announced an expanded suite of branded protection products, arriving to market on January 1, 2017.

“Volvo Cars is pleased to announce the Volvo Increased Protection program and our partnership with LGM,” said Daniel Martin, Director, Customer Service for Volvo Car Canada. “The Volvo Car brand is built on design, safety, and dedication to our loyal customers; the added services in this new program are designed to optimize our retailer experience while also make owning a Volvo a comfortable and seamless process.”

Volvo Increased Protection will include Mechanical Breakdown Protection and Appearance Protection. Both products are aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction at every step of the ownership experience.

Mechanical Breakdown Protection will replace the current Volvo Increased Protection Plan product, offering additional customer-friendly benefits such as Claims Free Rewards.

Appearance Protection is a new Volvo product designed to maintain the vehicle’s showroom look and feel once it hits the road.

“We’re ecstatic to be entering into this partnership with Volvo and supporting them in the design and launch of Volvo Increased Protection,” says Jeff Fallowfield, LGM’s president of distribution and marketing. “Car buyers today expect highly customized finance and insurance products that suit their lifestyle, and we’re confident Volvo dealers will see benefits from this expanded suite of options for their customers.”
