ARI Network Services, a business solutions company based in Milwaukee, has announced the acquisition of Auction 123, a leading dealership inventory and purchasing software solutions and service supplier. 

“ The acquisition of Auction 123 will help drive our expansion in existing markets, as well as facilitating our foray into the dealership market, ˮ declared ARI Network Services President and CEO, Roy W. Olivier. Founded in 2001, Auction 123 offers various online marketing solutions including inventory management and Web development. Their software solutions offer total integration with DMS, eBay, Craigslist, Facebook and other web advertising sites. ARI Network Services believe that this transaction will generate an additional 3 million dollars of additional revenue for the remainder of fiscal year 2017.
