American customers can now visit Cadillac’s one-on-one digital showroom.
Following an initial launch in Canada, Cadillac Live is now expanding into the US market. The service allows shoppers to enter a digital showroom where they can view vehicles and speak with product specialists who answer questions as well as show them vehicles in closer detail.
“This U.S. expansion represents a major victory for Cadillac customers,” said Shane Peever, Managing Director, Cadillac Canada. “They will now have access to the most convenient research tool for their next vehicle purchase.”
The technology caters to the needs of tech-savvy professionals who don’t have time to visit dealerships as they research their purchases.
