Dealer Inspire recently announced that it had become an officially established business in Canada.
A business unit of Cars.com, Dealer Inspire offers a range of digital marketing solutions tailored to automotive retailing.
The company has been working with around 300 Canadian dealers since 2013, but the official announcement of an established Canadian business will give it the opportunity to reach 4,300 dealers in the market.
Currently, Dealer Inspire is recognized as a certified digital marketing solutions provider for the Mazda, Volkswagen, Mercedes and Volvo Canada.
“Growth in Canada is a natural progression for the company,” said Joe Chura, CEO of Dealer Inspire. “Canada is home to many of our longest-standing dealer partners, and as a certified provider in several endorsed OEM programs, we are excited to deepen our already established relationships while offering a new alternative to help future-proof dealers’ businesses in a rapidly changing industry.”
According to an official press release, dealers will have the benefit of working with a new Canadian-based DI Performance Management team that is regionalized across the country.
Led by Senior Sales Director Alecia Wilson, who is based in Toronto and has extensive digital marketing experience throughout Canada, the team will include digital strategists in every province, designed to provide DI’s dealer partners with access to experts who understand the nuances of local market strategy, as well as on-demand support and training with service hours that cover all local time zones. Additionally, DI says that the team will also provide transparent reporting to show actual results.
With the official Canadian launch, DI’s multilingual toggle will give car shoppers the ability to switch between English and French on the platform with the tap of a button. Because the platform was designed with multilingual SEO in mind, dealers will also be able create their own content in multiple languages to ensure they are providing local shoppers with a welcoming user experience tailored to their preferred language.
Another feature of the platform, METAL, DI’s new Inventory Management System (IMS), has been optimized to handle specific needs of Canadian dealerships when it comes to effectively processing, displaying and distributing vehicle inventories.
