Dealertrack Digital Retailing, recently announced that the FFUN Group, will be deploying its solutions at 10 of the group’s franchise dealerships in Saskatchewan.
The retail locations include the group’s Acura, Dodge, Chrysler, Hyundai, Ford, and Kia stores. The Dealertrack Digital Retailing online shopping experience will be offered to both online and in-store customers of the FFUN Group.
Recognized as one of Canada’s leading privately-owned dealer groups, FFUN said that it felt Dealertrack Digital Retailing was the ideal solution for both new and used vehicles. The platform’s omnichannel capabilities, along with Dealertrack’s customer-centric approach to business were also cited as key choices in going with the solution.
“Other competing solutions open in a new window and take the consumer off our dealer’s website and into their own experience, where our dealer ultimately loses visibility of that customer,” said Rob Weber, Vice-President of Operations at FFUN Group. “With Dealertrack Digital Retailing, our clients receive a seamless, efficient and convenient purchasing experience.”
Dealertrack Digital Retailing allows dealers to track real ROI by following a customer all the way from an online ad or organic search through to the final sale in the Dealertrack portal, via cross-domain tracking by Google Analytics. Additionally, Dealertrack Digital Retailing is designed to increase user engagement on the dealer’s website by keeping them on the vehicle display page (VDP).
“Dealertrack’s breadth of services and access to data, supported by Cox Automotive Canada, makes us uniquely positioned to provide dealers like the FFUN Group with both services and insights,” said Richard Evans, Vice President, and General Manager, Dealertrack Canada. “FFUN Group customers also benefit from Dealertrack Digital Retailing connecting directly to the Dealertrack Portal, which is the lending portal in most OEM digital retailing experiences in Canada today.”
