On September 19 in Ottawa and September 20 in Toronto, the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) is hosting its latest Auto Dealer Innovation Series events.
Designed to deliver the latest industry content, the Auto Dealer Innovation Series events have become a staple on the automotive retail industry calendar, delivering thought provoking information from some of the best and most highly respected names in the business.
This time around, the focus is on “Creating Frictionless Experiences Using Modern Techniques.”
Brian Benstock, Vice President and General Manager of Paragon Honda in Woodside, N.Y. will discuss the key steps to delivering a frictionless customer experience. Benstock will discuss the importance of time—why it’s important to understand how finite it is—and how to leverage that to prioritize the needs of your customers while at the same time, keeping control of your sales process. Given Paragon Honda’s track record as one of the most successful Acura/Honda franchises in the world, Benstock’s session is highly anticipated.
Teresea Bordenet, Senior Director, Business Development, Car Wars, will discuss the actual science behind selling based on gender. These include taking a listen-first strategy that focuses on asking more questions, as well as a more consultative approach that promotes greater engagement. Bordenet will also discuss how to leverage call recordings for individual retail locations and dealer groups.
Jim Roche, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Managed Services, Xtime, will focus on which factors are behind changing consumer expectations today, as well as how to deal with modern margin pressures, plus the difference between customer retention and loyalty.
This latest round of the Auto Dealer Innovation Series will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn, Ottawa Airport from 9.00.a.m. to 3.00.p.m on September 19 and at the Universal Event Space, Vaughan, Ont., from 9.00.a.m. to 3.00.p.m on September 20.
