Will Harris, National Head of Sales, Autos
With four years of progressive management experience at Kijiji, Harris is responsible for the development and performance of the Autos sales team, as well as remaining a trusted partner to dealers, supporting their business objectives. He will work with his team to advise automotive dealers on their holistic advertising and marketing strategies, helping to strengthen the Kijiji proposition and its overall value to Canadian dealers. Previously, Harris held the position of National Dealer Group Manager, where he launched and built a team of key Account Managers, who act as advisors and advertising experts to Canada’s largest dealer groups. Will was recently recognized in 2018 in Auto Remarketing Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.

Rohit (Bobby) Jaitley, National Head of Dealer Groups
With over 10 years of experience in automotive digital sales and marketing, Jaitley’s role will be to shape and lead the national dealer group team and its strategy. Jaitley will build and cultivate partnerships with Canada’s dealer groups, showcasing the strength of the Kijiji ecosystem through data-driven insights and robust analytics. Also recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 by Auto Remarketing Canada in 2018, Jaitley brings a respected, well-rounded perspective to his role, having most recently worked with Leggat Auto Group as its Digital Marketing Manager.

Robert Karbaum, Head of Business Development
A well-known and respected figure in the Canadian automotive industry, Karbaum will be responsible for developing and executing the Kijiji commercial growth strategy. He will identify opportunities with strategic partners and define the long-term partnership plan across the site’s vertical categories, with a focus on Autos. He recently held the position of National Digital Strategy Manager at Dilawri Group of Companies, where he collaboratively worked with and represented 30 automotive brands across Canada. Karbaum was recognized in 2016 as a Top 40 Under 40 by both Automotive News in the U.S. and Auto Remarketing Canada.

“I’m delighted to have these three exceptional leaders join the team,” remarked Scott Neil, Senior Director, Commercial Business.

“Their expertise will support and drive Kijiji to further success in 2018 and beyond. Each person offers a unique perspective and adds muscle to the team, enabling Kijiji to deepen our already strong relationships with our industry partners. Ultimately, Will, Bobby and Robert will lead us towards innovation and implement solutions that will, in turn, provide greater success for our partners, and customers.”
