Sym-Tech Dealer Services has announced its new head office location.

The building, located at 165 Commerce Valley Court in Markham, Ontario, is a 2018 winner of the prestigious Toby Award that recognizes the best in commercial buildings.

“I’m really excited to announce the purchase of this building to support both the current and future growth of Sym-Tech” said Brad Wells, CEO.  “This investment, in addition to our Montreal and Calgary Learning and Development Centres, will enable us to better service nationally the needs of our dealer and OEM clients.”

With approximately 80,000 square feet spanning five floors there is room for future growth. The headquarters environment is being designed for maximum efficiency, associate satisfaction and performance. Design elements include activity-based working, height adjustable desks, collaborative workspaces, a cafeteria, a wellness area and the latest in technology to support the growing needs of the business and enable the company to continue to enhance service levels for dealers.

The new location will create efficiencies through consolidation of a number of offices into one central location and accommodate back-office operations, claims, dealer support and Sym-Tech’s Ontario state-of-the-art “Learning and Development Centre.”

Preparation for Sym-Tech’s planned spring 2019 occupancy on the top two floors of the building is well underway.
