Adam Kostanowicz has been named Director, Customer Experience, Volvo Cars of Canada.
In this newly created position, effective Jan. 22, Kostanowicz will be responsible for leading the transformation of the Volvo Car customer experience in Canada.
This transformation will be executed through the review, development and implementation of strategies designed to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency through the customer journey.
Kostanowicz joins Volvo Canada with over 17 years of automotive experience. He has worked for Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Infiniti, Ford and a Retail Automotive Group in several fields including sales, marketing, after sales, retail, financial services and network development.
