Canadian automotive digital media marketing specialist, TRADER recently announced an exclusive partnership with Australian technology company Dealer Drive. This new partnership will allow TRADER to offer a test drive analytics and tracking solution to vehicle retailers and original equipment manufacturers across Canada.

Created specifically for the automotive industry, Dealer Drive technology analyses every aspect of the customer test drive and provides real-time data to both automotive retailers and OEMs.

“Dealer Drive helps automotive retailers to overcome the challenges that they face in today’s sales environment by increasing their efficiency to capitalize on sales opportunities. This innovative platform revolutionizes the test drive experience,” explained Jill Hadfield, Vice President of Product Commercialization at TRADER.

A detailed record of the customer’s test drive experience is captured on tablet or smartphone. By reviewing the information, sales teams can react more efficiently to perform effective customer follow-up based on the details of the customer test drive, which is one of the main factors in the customer decision-making process leading to a vehicle purchase. The Dealer Drive platform increases productivity while reducing costs.

Dealer Drive can also help manage collisions, traffic infringements and both time and distance travelled by customers. Additionally, Dealer Drive monitors single store or automotive retailer network performance in real time.

TRADER has mobilized a support team to assist new and used automotive retailers in the implementation of the Dealer Drive platform.
