The fifth anniversary of RAPID! Response is being marked by adding three new features to the company’s lead management platform.
DMT’s RAPID! Response technology, which allows dealers to consolidate sales leads from any online source and deliver them right to a salesperson’s mobile phone, tablet or personal computer, is getting an upgrade.

To complement the company’s offering, RAPID! Response has added three new enhancements: Conversation Threading, Route By Source, and Read Receipts.
- Conversation Threading: Instead of viewing each email as an individual message, Conversation Threading allows sales representatives to view the entire email conversation with the customer. With Conversation Threading, all the relevant details of any inquiry can be found in one place.
- Route By Source: In addition to pairing prospects and sales personnel based on availability, Route By Source connects leads with the resident subject matter expert and ensures prospects are directed to the individual sales representative that is most qualified to answer the inquiry.
- Read Receipts: This feature reports email open rates on the RAPID! Response dashboard with an integrated read receipt function. Users can determine which emails have been able to capture customers’ attention, as well as if clients are more receptive to emails in the morning or evening, midweek or on weekends.
