Fix Network Canada has partnered with Audatex Canada, a Solera Company, to launch the Fix Network Parts Program—a parts sourcing and purchasing program.
Designed to optimize the parts sourcing and purchasing process, the program is exclusively created as a value-addition tool for collision repair facilities in the Fix Network family. It is available to all Fix Auto and ProColor collision repair facilities from the beginning of December 2019.
“We welcomed the opportunity to work with the Audatex team on the Fix Network Parts Program as they are the industry leaders in designing software solutions to help streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiencies,” said Steve Leal, President and CEO of Fix Network World. “The Parts Program is a game changer; gone are the days of extracting the O.E.M. part requirement from an estimate, then making a call to a dealer to order the part which is time consuming and inefficient, and decreases shop productivity.”
According to the Fix Network, a new ecosystem created by the Parts Program will allow the major stakeholders to work together and optimize the parts sourcing and purchasing process. In partnership with Audatex and APU Solutions, the Fix Network has been able to improve the existing parts sourcing platform. With the current features, collision repair shops will be able to perform several tasks easily, such as sourcing parts right out of the estimate, communicating with O.E.M dealers through chat and email, price matching, ordering parts, tracking delivery dates and reporting on backorders, among other things. Designed to work quickly, the system has been equipped with the ability to read both Audatex and Mitchell estimates, evaluate individual insurance parts instructions and search all parts (both O.E.M and Aftermarket) in around 30 seconds.
Leal concludes, “We are excited to be able to offer this enhanced program to our franchise strategic partners to help them optimize their shop performance. This is another great example of how our team works diligently with partners like Audatex to distinguish Fix Network as Canada’s premier automotive aftermarket services provider.”
