Fix Network has announced that Fix Auto London North West facility has earned the Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP) recognition.
The team from Fix Auto’s London North West repair centre is the latest among the many of the network’s shops throughout Canada that have earned this accreditation. Besides this achievement, the repair facility also has I-CAR Gold Class certification.
The CCIAP program has been designed by the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada. This third-party, neutral accreditation has been created to ascertain that collision repair facilities throughout Canada, irrespective of their brand, consistently have the required quality of training to be able to repair today’s vehicles.
“As industry leaders, I feel that CCIAP is the most important accreditation for any collision centre repairing today’s vehicles,” says Patrick Schaffner, Owner of Fix Auto London North West. “We strive to meet and exceed industry standards by making investments in training, equipment and infrastructure to earn professional recognition. This gives our valued insurance partners consistency and peace of mind that their customers will have a memorable experience at our facility.”
Commenting on this achievement, Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Ontario & Manitoba O’Keefe says, “Congratulations to Fix Auto London North West team for earning their CCIAP recognition. We are so pleased to see the number of our shops across the country achieving their CCAIP recognition continues to rise. Patrick and co-owner Darren Hewitt’s dedicated team are just another example of how our franchise strategic partners are committed to putting motorists back on the road safely with expert repair services.”
