CSN Collision Centres has named CSN Lou’s Collision Centre as the winner of the 2019 Shop of the Year Award.

According to a release, the network presents the top honour to the most outstanding shop on an annual basis during the CSN National Conference.

“The CSN Shop of the Year Award is the most prestigious honour we give to our Collision Centres. Our team embarks on a thorough process to determine which Collision Centre represents what CSN is at its core,” said Flavio Battilana, Chief Operating Officer, CSN Collision Centres.

“Being recognized as Shop of the Year truly is an honour. CSN is such a strong network of high-quality repairers and like-minded owners, to be recognized with this achievement means a lot to me and my staff. Thank you to CSN for this great event and for this Award,” said Steven Dupont, Owner and General Manager of CSN Lou’s.

CSN stated in a release that Dupont was greeted with a loud round of applause and appreciation from his peers when he walked onto the stage to accept the 2019 CSN Shop of the Year Award at the CSN National Conference held in Quebec City. Dupont is a second-generation owner striving hard to carry the business forward that was established in 1969 by his father. Located in Calgary, CSN Lou’s is spread out over a 24,000 square foot area and is now well-known in the community.
