Fix Network Canada wrapped its fall session of annual Regional Meetings with the Atlantic Canada team.
The Atlantic team, including shop owners from Fix Auto, Speedy Auto Service and NOVUS Glass brands, gathered in Moncton, New Brunswick, on October 9 and 10 for the supplier tradeshow and a full day of meetings. The network designed all the presentations, break-out sessions and networking to enable its franchise strategic partners to enhance and grow their businesses.
“First and foremost, our team is here for our franchise partners providing operations support along with effective management software to maximize shop efficiency, as well as creative marketing to drive brand awareness,” said Mark Weeks, Regional Vice President, Fix Network Atlantic.
On October 9, attendees came together for a reception and supplier trade show in the evening. The network’s supplier partners interacted with all shop owners present, providing information on the latest products and services they are offering.
The regional meeting was held on October 10. The day opened with an address from Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Network World. Leal notified the attendees regarding the global and national initiatives undertaken for all three brands. Next on the agenda were presentations from Fix Network’s Operations, Sales and Marketing teams. A crucial part of the meeting was the region-specific updates given to the franchise strategic partners. As explained by the network, the regional updates help shop owners to understand the dynamics of the area within the automotive aftermarket services industry. Shop owners were encouraged to field their queries and have discussions to contribute to the overall growth of the network.
“We need and appreciate the feedback from our franchise strategic partners as it helps us to continue to develop programs in the three key areas of the business: Operations, Sales and Marketing,” said Weeks. “It is important that the support we are offering aligns with the business goals of our partners.”
Every year, the network honours shops that have reached specific anniversary milestones in the region. A Speedy Auto Service from Sydney, Nova Scotia was presented with the Fix Network Milestone Award 2019 for the Atlantic region for completing 40 years of service.
“We have a long history serving the community with a Speedy shop reaching 40 years and a NOVUS location at 20 years. With 21 Fix Auto, 10 Speedy Auto Service and 8 NOVUS Glass in Atlantic Canada, our team is excited to expand our network and support our existing locations so they can continue to offer their customers the best service possible,” said Weeks, in conclusion.
