Fix Network Canada has announced the opening of a new NOVUS Glass location in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Located at 1200 Lougheed Highway in Coquitlam, the new facility is the fifth and largest of all the locations operated by The Skidmore Group. As stated in a release by Fix Network, NOVUS Glass Coquitlam will be the flagship facility for the group and also serve as its head office. The other locations operated by the group are located in Langley, South Surrey, Aldergrove and Vancouver.
The Skidmore Group has always envisioned all its NOVUS Glass locations to be like the new facility. The group aims at serving the expanding Greater Vancouver Area better with this latest addition by improving the experience of customers, fleet partners, as well as suppliers.
“This new location will also serve as a fantastic head office for our four other shops as well as a beautiful space to host industry events and training sessions,” states Christine Perry, Regional Manager of the Skidmore Group’s NOVUS Glass operations.
The global franchise rights of NOVUS Glass was sold to the Fix Network by the Skidmore Group. However, the group not only remains a key player in the industry but is also an important strategic franchise partner of the network. The largest NOVUS Glass franchisee in Canada, the group intends to continue expanding its business operations in B.C.
Customers will be able to access the NOVUS Glass Coquitlam facility from the Lougheed, as well as the Trans Canada highways. The facility’s glass walls have been installed to enable customers to easily see skilled technicians performing the repairs. The shop also contains all necessary equipment to do ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations. The shop also offers courtesy cars to customers in case they wish to run errands when their car is being fixed.
“Let’s just say, when you step into the building you are immediately greeted with a sense that this is a different approach to taking care of customers. We want to ensure that our customers not only receive the best automotive glass repair or replacement in the industry but also feel comfortable in a clean, modern environment,” notes Perry.
“Our ongoing relationship with the Skidmore Group is extremely important as we continue working closely to grow the NOVUS Glass presence in British Columbia. Their commitment to offering customers the best in automotive glass repair and replacement in beautifully designed facilities makes them the ideal partner within the Fix Network of industry leading brands,” says Tom Maple, Regional Vice President for Fix Network British Columbia.
