CARSTAR recently announced the opening of CARSTAR Unique Saskatoon in Saskatchewan.
Owned and operated by Dan and Nicolle Rawlyk, the facility is located in an auto mall, at 1935 Quebec Avenue in Saskatoon. According to a release by the network, the facility serves as a one-stop shop for customers, catering to all of their repair and maintenance needs. This has been Dan’s plan all along since he considers customer experience to be of the utmost importance.
“I had a repair centre over 30 years ago that was smaller and then had an auto glass facility downtown,” says Dan. “It quickly became apparent to me how inconvenient this was for both us and our customers, so it just made sense to bring it all together. Joining CARSTAR helps us take our customer service to even the next level, as we now have a nationwide warranty, 24-hour customer support and an EDGE performance platform to keep us up to date on industry advancements.”
Spread out over a 13,000 sq ft area, CARSTAR Unique Saskatoon is a state-of-the-art facility equipped to handle repairs on all makes and models. According to CARSTAR, the facility is conscious of the need to have certifications. Elite accredited with Saskatchewan Government Insurance, the facility wishes to achieve OEM certifications in the future.
“Having a CARSTAR presence in Saskatchewan is important for us, as we see potential customers benefiting from the additional services we provide,” says Mike Piper, Western Zone Director, CARSTAR. “Dan and Nicolle align perfectly with CARSTAR values and it is admirable how much they prioritize both the customer experience and quality of the repair.”
The CARSTAR Unique Saskatoon team focuses primarily on causes that are important to the city since it considers its community as an extension of its family. The Rawlyks give back to the community through various activities such as supporting a local team, sponsoring students in competitions and contributing to charities. The team also looks forward to extending its support towards CARSTAR’s charity of choice—Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
