Mark Weeks, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Atlantic, recently announced that Fix Auto Fredericton has achieved its Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP) recognition.
The team at the Fredericton repair facility follows in the steps of over 20 other Fix Auto shops across the country who received this recognition under the CCIAP program managed by the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada.
As a step towards increasing its value in the eyes of insurance partners and customers, Fix Auto Fredericton considers the achievement of its CCIAP accreditation as extremely important. The team intends to showcase the ability of its properly trained staff to perform quality vehicle repairs with the aid of all necessary equipment. According to Fix Network, the shop’s CCIAP recognition places it amongst the top tier collision repair facilities within the country. The Fredericton team has additionally earned its I-CAR Gold Class recognition, making it one of 20 percent of Canadian repair facilities that meet the Gold Class standard, explains the network.
“Ensuring our technicians are trained to repair today’s complex vehicles is the core of our business and why our team has invested the time and energy to achieve CCIAP recognition,” says Corey Etheridge, Fix Auto Fredericton General Manager. “We want to make sure our customers know that when they bring their vehicles to our team, they can trust our highly trained technicians will complete the repairs correctly the first time.”
Commenting on the Fredericton team’s achievement, Weeks says, “Fix Auto has supported and continues to encourage our network of shops to participate in the program since its inception back in the fall of 2016. The Fix Auto Fredericton team sees the value in this important program to help them continue to grow their successful business and provide exceptional collision repair work for their customers. Congratulations to the Fredericton team on this great achievement.”
