Fix Auto has announced the addition of Fix Auto Brooks, located in Brooks, Alberta.
Fix Auto Brooks is owned and operated by Ricky Ahmed, who has been in the industry for 10 years and was looking for a partner to take his business to the next level. Ahmed took charge of the repair centre over two years ago.
“I still feel like a new face in the industry even after 10 years,” says Ahmed. “I learned quickly that if I wanted to advance my career and further invest into this industry, I needed to own my own shop.” The decision has proved to be the right one for him.
Ahmed wanted to enter into a partnership with a banner that had strong operational support, solid insurance and supplier partnerships and a shared commitment to helping his business excel in an industry that is evolving rapidly. The Fix Auto team aims at supporting all its franchise strategic partners through innovative national and local marketing initiatives. Additionally, the network provides the operational and management tools that repair shops can utilize to streamline processes and realize efficiencies.
According to a release by the network, the Fix Auto Brooks team believes in going the extra mile for its customers. The team believes that the entire repair experience can be made stress free for everyone through high quality repair work and great customer service.
“No one wants to have to use our services, and that’s why we make every effort to go above and beyond for our customers,” says Ahmed. “When I see a customer’s face light up when they see their expertly repaired vehicle for the first time, it makes my day!”
Ahmed has renovated his repair facility’s office and customer waiting area after joining the Fix Auto banner. The facility now sports the fresh, modern brand designers intended to make customers feel more comfortable. New LED lighting has also been installed in the repair shop. Ahmed has plans to install a new paint booth soon.
On June 13, Fix Auto Brooks hosted a grand opening. The team invited customers, local area businesses, insurance and supplier partners as well as any residents that wished to attend this BBQ event. According to the network, this allowed the members of the new Fix Auto team to engage with the community while celebrating the momentous occasion. Additionally, the team was able to raise money for the network’s national charity partner—the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Commenting on this latest addition, Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Alberta & Saskatchewan, says, “Ricky’s enthusiasm for the industry, his team and the brand is fantastic and we are really looking forward to working with him to continue to drive his business forward. His commitment to his customers and the success of his business is admirable. Welcome to the entire Fix Auto Brooks team!”
