New facility raises the bar in both collision repair and car wash experience.
On Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22, Zenetec, in Barrie, Ont, hosted a grand opening at its new collision centre and car wash location at 499 Veterans’ Drive in the city.
Collision Management spoke with General Manager William Monteith, about the event, which saw motorists being offered free car washes to experience what Zenetec offers at this location, along with a designated drive route that took them through the new state-of-the art collision centre which features the Symach Fix-Line system, designed to maximize efficiencies in the repair process.
“Our collision centre at this location opened in March last year and the car wash in December, but we really wanted to wait until summer for the grand opening, so we could give members of the public an opportunity to really experience our car wash process and new repair facility.”
The new car wash features a membership program and an app that provides individual licence plate recognition, mat machines and complimentary vacuums. It also incorporates easy loading conveyor belts, efficient use of energy, including reclaimed water and a wide-open wash tunnel.
Established in 1992, Zenetec has developed a reputation as a high-quality collision repair operation, renowned for its friendly, professional service and attention to detail. It currently employs 65 staff between two locations.
