The Fix Auto Network announced the addition of its new franchise strategic partner—Fix Auto Brockville.

The repair facility is owned and operated by Robert Blenkarn, who has been a part of the collision repair industry for 17 years now. Blenkarn has been the owner of this facility since 2014 which also happens to be his first co-op placement when he was being trained in the trade.

“When looking to join a banner, I wanted a partner with a solid reputation in the industry and great brand recognition,” says Blenkarn. “Fix Auto’s advertising really stands out compared to other banners and I’ve had others recommend them as they provide excellent support for their franchise strategic partners.”

Franchise strategic partners of the Fix Auto network have access to the support required to develop their business, such as innovative national and local marketing initiatives, operational and management tools. Additionally, they can benefit from the network’s longstanding relationships with insurance and supplier partners.

According to release by the network, Fix Auto Brockville’s young and enthusiastic team consists of highly skilled professionals who are committed to their customers and the industry. Additionally, the team is focussed on continuous training to be able to repair all vehicles that come into the shop.

“Having the proper equipment, knowledge and experience allows us to provide each of our customers with high-quality repair work,” says Blenkarn. “We take the time to thoroughly explain the repair to each customer so they are put at ease during what can be a stressful time.”

Besides investing in a new Matco Maximus 2.0 Scanner, Fix Auto Brockville has also added a new spot welder to the shop. The repair facility is currently working on procuring its I-CAR Gold Class and CCIAP recognition and hopes to achieve it soon.

“We are really looking forward to working with Robert and his entire team at Fix Auto Brockville. Their industry experience, commitment to ongoing training, enthusiasm for the brand and outstanding customer service make them a fantastic addition to the Fix Auto family,” says Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Ontario and Manitoba.
