Fix Auto recently announced the addition of the Scarborough North facility to its network.
The facility is owned and operated by husband-wife duo Ricky Man and Kiem Luong who have 10 years of collision repair industry experience and have also previously owned another shop in Markham. Joining the well-known banner, they intend to create a new shop environment and provide better customer service.
“We pride ourselves on fantastic customer service,” says Stanley Fu, Shop Manager at Fix Auto Scarborough North. “Partnering with Fix Auto and leveraging their standard operating procedures to improve our service even further is a great opportunity for our team.”
Fix Auto’s franchise strategic partners benefit from the banner’s strong relationships forged with its suppliers and insurance partners throughout Canada. A notable part of the advantages of joining the network is the standard operating procedures followed in the facilities. “We strive to create a stress- and hassle-free experience for our customers. The partnerships Fix Auto has in place really helps us to achieve this,” adds Fu.
The operational, management and marketing tools it has created helps the network to streamline processes, add efficiencies and leverage national and local marketing initiatives.
With the rapid advancements taking place in the collision industry, Fix Auto seeks to ensure that its franchise strategic partners have access to the tools and knowledge required to repair modern vehicles. “We treat each customer’s vehicle like it’s our own. We are so pleased to join a network that will help us continue to deliver on that commitment,” explains Fu.
Fix Auto Scarborough North has recently installed a new Axalta Cromax Pro paint system. Additionally, it has also completed a LED retrofit throughout the facility.
“We are so pleased to welcome the entire team at Scarborough North to the Fix Auto network. Their industry experience, enthusiasm for the brand and commitment to outstanding customer service makes them a fantastic addition to our team and we’re looking forward to work in partnership with them,” says Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice President for Fix Automotive Network Ontario & Manitoba.
